Met the owner through my work, and we discussed options since my husband and I had already started floor removal. We quickly scheduled for him to come out for measurements and bring samples. Thomas and his installation crew did a fabulous job today! Thomas listened to me and adjusted the quote as needed. He advised me on disconnecting the oven and radiator. The crew arrived on time, assessed the job, protected my hardwood floors with drop cloths, and then installed a new LVP floor after removing the very old self-stick vinyl tiles and sub-floor. I was concerned about the possibility of click-locks failing if the floor was uneven, and because the crew chief took my concern seriously, he float-patched the floor to make sure it was level. Once the flooring was installed, the crew cleaned up all the debris and put the appliances back in place. We couldn't be happier with our new TRUCOR LVF floor!

He's not a pushy salesman, but a friendly nice guys, easy to work with who works with you to find the best deal for your needs. The installation crew were also very friendly and did an excellent job! Purchased a bedroom, upper hallway, steps and family room carpeting from Priceless. Installers came on the scheduled time and days for the 2 day installation process. The carpeting looks great with no defects, and installed with the patterns matching across the floors. The upholstered steps look great. There were no scratches to any of the walls. Needed a little touchup to the white paint on the step molding. There was no damage to all the furniture that was moved. Installers were very nice. Will use Priceless when replacing carpets in other rooms.

We had a lot of work done on our new home before moving in. Lots of carpet was taken out and replaced with hardwood flooring. Additionally, the entire second floor needed replacement carpeting, as well as two stair cases. Fantastic. It's like we have a brand new elegant home. Communication was prompt and responsive. The installers were there when expected and the quality of installation really is great. All together a great value. I love my new home in no small part due to the new floors!

We recently purchased a new home and were looking to get the carpets replaced prior to moving in. Thomas worked around our complex schedule and replaced the carpet directly after we closed on the home. Sales rep Thomas was very helpful in helping me to focus on a product in my price range and that would meet my needs. We had approx 1,000 sf of vinyl plank glooring installed in continuous family room addition, renovated kitchen, hallway, and bedrooms. Installers were courteous, friendly, efficient, and fast. What a great experience. Everyone was so helpful. It was promised that I could pick up my carpet at 10am. I pushed them to 9am because it was a rush but would have to get it from via the loading dock. I showed up at 8:15am and the guys in the warehouse started working away. They offered me a cup of coffee and bu the time it finished brewing, my carpet was cut and rolled up. Everyone was so kind and helpful. Of course the quality and price were also wonderful. Highly recommend.

I rarely find exactly what I am looking for in flooring anywhere else and their remnants make great area rugs! I was able to pickup an amazing bound wool remnant for half the cost of a pre-made rug.
